View Full Version : [Known Issue/Bug] Missing Hero Equipment

Hello Folks! As many of you know, Kingdom Age is currently experiencing an issue in which Hero Equipment is missing from the inventory for certain users. Due to this, when fighting the Epic Boss your stats will not be as high as it should be, resulting in unexpected losses.

The Development Team is aware of this, and is currently looking into the cause and creating a fix. There is no current ETA on a fix, but the team is working hard on getting it resolved as quickly as possible. Once I have more details from the team, I will share here.

If you are experiencing this issue, please post/discuss here in this official thread, and please look for updates to this original post as more details become available.

Myself, WaffleKing, Derez, and the rest of the team, sincerely apologize for this issue and we really appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

UPDATE (12/10 @ 4:20 PM PST) - Just heard from the team! If you are experiencing your Hero Equipment not showing in your profile, please restart your game. Once doing so, you will then see equipment in your profile.

If you are still missing items, please contact Customer Support and they will be able to handle this. If you have already filed a ticket about this issue, please follow up on that one rather than filing a new one.

Yep, just got this. Pressed the auto equip button and everything dissappeared. Just what I need in the middle of the the trials chain after spending gems getting days one and two completed!

Greetings,

WHAT HAPPENED! I went to bed last evening playing my game on my phone and awake this morning the game that in on my IPad is also on my phone. I had a unit on my phone and its game ID was 995-423-820 this has been over written by my unit ID 509-433-712.

After crafting Sandals and equipping them everything else disappeared.. Auto equip doesn't work but manually equipped items and that worked... As long as I don't click Auto equip, then they disapeer again...

Me too, all of my cheap 1500 foot ware, head gear, and artifacts are gone.

And yes, I closed the game and restarted it.

Make sure to follow up your ticket, if you filed one. They will be able to confirm for you.

The fix has now been pushed live to the production servers. This will address the outstanding issues with items disappearing and not being able to equip your most powerful hero equipment. The 3.1 client build is now live on the iOS App Store.

Just one more for me. Just opened a tent box from 28 kills and recieved Soltice Dragon. Reloaded several time and not showing in quest.

If not you can keep the game to yourself, not buying this non-sense anymore.

Just did new update still missing 875 battle axes, 2 titanium ores and a Soltice Dragon. The things I know of.

Is this not going to cause more issues using Game Center for people with multiple devices with the same Apple ID?

Will this overwrite games?

Should you warn players to log off Game Center before the update?

I'm lost all my battle axes & banners the plate armor. Restarting my game did absolutely othing! And we are told to file tickets to fix issues that we didn't break.....not very good customer service at all....��

I am missing a lot of equipment from my inventory - 1500 head scarf, sandals and artifacts and who knows what else on both of my accounts. Army stats have dropped significantly. This needs to be sorted especially with trials and EB active. The recent update has obviously not fixed the issue!

Well the update has really messed things up now cannot log in and there goes the quest bye bye, thank you GREE you keep messing up things, I think it has came the time we need to quit

I am missing equipment still after the update, and that was a whole lot of tapping to be wasted. I have not submitted a ticket because it will take less time to tap again than it will to go back and forth with support 30 times...

Okay I contacted Support and told them what happened about missing 530 Heavy BattleAxes from mi Inventory, but I never got any ticket or number or whatever I see people talking about!

We are actively still trying to fix missing equipment. Some people are still affected by this and we will continue to work until everyone has their items back. Again sorry for the delay in getting this fixed.

If you feel like you spent the money and didn't receive what was promised (Terms of Service can be tricky things) then have at it. Otherwise, stop with the empty threats and posturing. I agree that Gree needs to be taken down a notch or two, but don't say it, do it.

BY THE WAY, can we get any kind of information on whether or not our 1500 of each armor type will be replaced to our inventories? Otherwise, I'm just going to start tapping again. Maybe I can buy them all back before the next war starts.

I've also lost 90% of my banner plate mail and hammers.
My hero equipment is fine, but my 500 mail went to 25, similar to the battle axes.

Also the game center transfer reverted one of my avatars to her original device and won't let me move any other avatar to that device. It worked, then undid all the moves.
Please fix both of these issues!

I'm still missing 1000's in equipment that I purchased even after the update. Customer service keeps closing my tickets unresolved. This is unacceptable.

Oh no it didn't fix everything. Items missing from inventory are still missing after upgrade an numerous restarts. No follow up from Support.

Still missing 625 heavy Battleaxes. Not cool Gree... Not cool. Hire somebody that knows what they are doing please instead of screwing up EVERY SINGLE UPDATE!! How can it be so hard to run a game that is nothing but a copy of 20 other games on the app market? Seriously.... get your sh*t together. PLEASE!

Sent in a ticket for equipment. Received a response two days later that it was fixed. Received a request a couple hours afterwards to rate their work, lol. This morning 16+ hours later, I still didn't have the equipment. Tap, tap away.
This small example of ineptitude is why a large percentage of us are frustrated Gree. I've said this before; take a month or so and fix the bugs first, please. I feel sorry for those with more troubling issues, ie lost accounts, etc.

Ok Gree let's be honest, what customer support? Over the last year that I have played I have received a response to less then half of the tickets that I have ever sent asking for help. Half of the time I get booted out of the *#%^ing game when I try and write a ticket to begin with. So how I am supposed to "follow up" on my ignored tickets is a complete mystery to me..

My equipment is fixed; however patience was not a virtue... Patience turned into disgruntled belief that Gree would fix the issue and hence tap, tap, tap😢
Btw, just how much patience should someone have?

Any moderators have any info at all on the progress of the missing equipment? Seems this was a much bigger snafu than first thought. Maybe just giving gold back for missing equipment coul. Be s start. I can not afford to buy another 875 heavy battle axes.

My problem is that I'm sure that I miss some equipment (army stats went down) but I never wrote down how much I had... so it is just frustrating but difficult to write a ticket like 'I miss something but I don't know what...'
But in my opinion this shouldn't be something I have to do....

Yeah part of what sucks now is I feel I have to take a screen shot of everything I have and anytime I get something of value. Not a fun way to play.

Still no equipment restored. So now I'm tap tap tapping again to buy 1500 basic head, feet, and artifacts. Hope Gree realizes that it's not just hero equipment that's missing. I'm missing army equipment. As are others.

Like I said in my support inquiry I have no screenshot as proof, but if you could restore my game to the day before the update, I could give you one...

There was a recent reset of Skill Points and this might the reason for your missing Stamina. Pull up your Profile and select Skills tab, you can allocate your points where you'd like.

Thank you for the inquiry. Your hero strength and your weapon damage are not applied straight to your damage; your level is also factored in, and each monster has a hidden defense score. That can cause variable numbers on damage.

Finally after going around and around with emails to customer support I got credited 1500 Basic Masks, 1500 Basic Shoes, and 1500 Basic Armor. Problems is I didn't lose 1500 Basic Armor, I lost 1500 Basic Artifacts. Whatever. I don't even want to mess with it anymore. I'll just manually rebuy the 1500 Basic Artifacts. At least that's 2/3rds of the tapping that I don't have to do now.

I am still missing 1500 each Banneret plate and 1500 battle axes. However the 1500 masks, boots, and artifacts are in inventory. Can you please put the Axes and Banneret plate back. I do have the gold to buy them again but I definitely SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. Please correct this. 714-828-006
