The constant releases of broken updates followed by the lack of actual support when submitting a ticket is partly what is driving people away. If I could make a huge suggestion, please fix your support structure before releasing any more changes to the game. You can't support the customers you already have, so adding features to try and attract new customers is only going to compound the problem. The support for real issues in this game is absurd. You can see that by the amount of threads here about requests for help with unresolved support issues, and there is only a minute percentage of the customer base here. Please take this into consideration before making any changes to the game in the future.
