Gree,

This is in reference to request 2274413. Apparently Apple used to allow two game centers with same AppleID on different devices. I had a main account and my daughter had a second. IOS updates forced my game center onto her device. I accidentally hit "link" instead of "continue" today and my main account replicated onto her device. Her account vanished.

After talking with Apple they helped me set up a new game center on her device so I could remove my main account and she now has a level three starter account there. Please restore her real account ASAP. She was caught out of guild and needs to get in for war.

Her name is Maddy and her ID is 641-570-031. You will see her device ID on your ticket and see that its the only device ever associated with that alliance ID. ITunes wont let me separate the gem purchases.

Time is running short. Really wish there was a confirm button for link....

Jomama, I'd recommend removing that e-mail link from the post, and anything else that is a pinch personal.

As for the rest of it, sounds like GREE incompetence strikes again, this time with their design flaw... yet again. Except instead of accidentally buying gems, you got to wipe an account instead.

This is what I'm afraid is going to happen to me. I got my new iPad and the only way to get my KA account to the new one without backup/restore (I wanted a fresh start) was to log in with my Game Center and change the account. So now I have two accounts with two iPads but only one Game Center ID. I have no plans for the second account so it will just rot, but I'm concerned that something might happen to cause me to lose my account because of this terribad implementation of pseudo-transfering accounts between devices.

Your patience with Gree is commendable. After day 3 I'd just chalk it up as a loss and move on. I can keep in touch with my guildmates on GroupMe if it came to that.

Took me about 30 days to have my mains redovered and ended up with 2 low level acct also in order to be able to recover my mains. At keast i got them so Jomama, i do hooe they can recover yours but in less than what took for mines to be done.

Over 36 hours and no response from Gree to my email.

I spent years on this toon and biggest war ever starts in 7.5 hours, This toon is out of guild but should be in SOS.

Please turn this into a success story. I spend so much time and money on this game and losing one of my toons is heartbreaking.

After 60 hours (!!!!) I finally get a response asking for more info as if it was a transfer The device ID and email are same - so there is no question needed to be asked.

I have heard from many who have also had their characters disapear after the game center update by Gree. ANd Gree really seems to be in no hurry to fix.

I must ask why should anyone spend money when their toons can disappear.

A crazy idea - how about we have a normal war and Gree fixes their major bugs. That makes far too much sense I suppose.

I love this game -but ever sense the ironically titled player appreciation month - gree has one into overdrive trying to kill it.

GREE: why is this taking so long. He's been playing this character for a long time.
While I appreciate the game center link, there are times that you will still need to help recover a lost player. This is clearly one of those.
Please recover her and add her quickly into the guild she was meant to be in.

A) Gree doesn't care
B) They are too busy fixing other bugs
C) They can't be troubled with QA testing that could fix 90% of their problems, because DAMN IT THERE IS MONEY TO BE MADE!

All I can say is WOW !! lost my account on Friday , went to log in and asked me to start a new acct !!! have been trying since to get it back ! anyone have any ideas ? that stooped game centre keeps giving me the wrong acct start up ? should I reset my phone ?

This type of response, days after the problem occurred and had been reported (multiple times by multiple people), is exactly why some players quit and all players hate Gree's customer service. Why was this ignored for so long by Gree?
