Hi guys,

There's an issue with the app syncing between devices.

I lost all my boss points, 50% bonus unit, and several keys for the second time in two days, and all momentum for this event. Have two tickets in (#2289898, #2294737), and I will be contacting you on every medium every day until it is resolved. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

The reason you lost points in the transfer from one device to the other is because you didn't have your most recent information saved on your second device. In order to prevent this from happening, you have to leave on the current device you are using, and turn on your second device to link up with the current device. This will allow the data to transfer over smoothly to the second device with no data lost.

I can see that, but I haven't had issues with this in the past... hoping they can fix it!
