I was amazed at how this person solved 2 tickets I had in less than 1 hour after getting my emails to follow-up on getting my issues resolved. I had 1 ticket going on 9 days and the other 3 days.

I wish there were more people like him in Customer Support and there would be less people complaining about GREE's Customer Support.

This is the only good thing I can say about GREE at this time.

I suspect Morgan will be getting a pink slip soon. We can't have him (her?) actually making customers happy.

I agree Morgan is a amazing. If I usually have a issue, I reply to a old email with a new problem and it's quick to get sorted.
