Customer support have confirmed to me in email that the process for making a complaint is to raise a ticket to themselves if it cannot be resolved via PMs

They advised not to "call out" people on the forum but will investigate complaints when tickets are created

Do not expect an immediate reponse thou. I would advise sending chasers to ensure that the tickets isn't auto closed

I found that replying to the first automatic response helps as well as it seems to bump things along. Making multiple tickets with new numbers doesn't work.

It's just a lame way to try and keep the problems hide from the community.
