View Full Version : Ticket not being fixed

I sent in a ticket a few weeks ago. I have like 9 accounts that I use somewhat. Something happened and it deleted the accounts off of my iPad so now have them on only one device. I sent in all the information they asked for and tomorrow will be a week since I have heard back from anyone. Can someone please fix this or let me know where it stands?
