Appreciate the apologies, but inexcusable!
4 million and 20 concrete is the upgrade cost from taking a level 9 fortification to a level 10.

I lost 3 whole fortifications

I hear ya. I've had to educate support people on how the games work. Sort of frustrating because I'd rather talk to the engineers about certain things.

Most support personnel in companies just work where they do as a paycheck, as they have no skin in the game (ha, that's a pun). CJ is an exception, possibly in part because he has responsibility. It kind of falls on him if things fall apart, so he's done a good job trying to understand things.

I'd like to see support play the games. Or even get an architecture overview of certain algorithms of the game, but that's expensive.

Well, seeing as how it will take another 4 days for an email response, hopefully CJ sees this an puts a foot in someone's rear.

Do not repost messages from support, it is against our posting guidelines. If you feel there is an error in your support ticket (in this case, we had an out-of-date info sheet), please respond to the ticket with your concerns.
