TIME FOR A KA BOYCOTT...?

Anyone who spends big here will surely agree with how ridiculous and preposterous the new automated bonus program is. It sounds all well and good, instead of having to wait 20 years for a reply or for your bonus gems to arrive it will happen rather quickly now...but in the fine print they won't class a mountain of gems during a sale. THAT IS UTTER CRAP!

You can't go and change the bonus system to benefit you GREE... If you want your loyal customers to stick around then keep the system as it was...whatever sale is on a mountain is a mountain. You change that... And you'll loose high paying customers. PERIOD!

Wake up GREE, your on borrowed time.

Guys I emailed support twice and they refused to answer my question about how they track gems bought under sale conditions in autotracking. Gree Support just send me their updated Bonus program twice. Like Gree I have read it 5 times already man, that's why I email you guys about the parts I don't understand.

then its really no point of a sale! when the program gives you a better deal, or am i wrong? 2,66 vs 40%off 3,33/gem (my currency)

King G, Pls enlighten us if/when you get an answer from gree! sending in muliple tickets would only slow them down, pretty sure we all wanna know whats up with this! thanks!

Yes, we need confirmation on this. If they have changed the rules, I for one will not be spending anymore $ on this or any gree game.

As long as the heavy spenders keep buying gems they will take advantage of whatever angle they can. We write on here ask for change and maybe CJ reads this then who knows if it gets passed to the people that make these decisions. No matter how much we complain on here if their sales go up then they will not care. If you want change stop spending money and letting them take advantage of us.

I'm relatively new to the game, but I am level 134 and new to the forums. I'm a fairly heavy gem spender, and as I'm reading this thread I ask myself "there's a bonus program and bonus gems?"

How do I find out more about this and if I qualify for bonus gems etc?
