A just question really!..

Latest in the line of errors and usermalign happenings:

-i cant purchase gems inside the game anymore!
I to do a little 110 purchase last night (from inside the game) to round up the pve ltq.
I payed, but did not recieve anything.
I tried to repeat the purchase but the game wont let me, instead it says "you already bought the item but i havent collected it yet!.

And now EVERY time i logon,change maps or scenario the game wants me to sign a box with my password!

So in effect i fail to roundup the ltq, and im uncertain what i got and im unsure of how much it ha cost me!
WTF gree!.... My book says you owe!

Have you tried a delete and reinstall? It might be just a fault on your copy of the app.

Doesn't compare with your issue of course, but I was having problems with screens on launch which wouldn't close. I had to quit and relaunch to get on

Sister morphine, I have the same problem, opening screenshots that do not close. I have to close the app then log back in. Were you able to fix that issue?

Got the same problem, tried all the mention above, wrote ticket to Gree but Gree does not have a customer service, well one that work anyway.
Sent ticket to apple store, they replied promptly. They tried resetting my account, did not work. The problem is with Gree, so I have to wait for them. Since they never reply and that it might take month, and probably will never see my money back.
I might just have to move on to another game from another company.

Yeah this happens. If it asks you for your password during the transaction, it'll hang and you'll be locked out of purchasing gems until they can get it fixed, which given their "backlog" of "heavy tickets" (which are being automatically closed without being read, I swear), might be a while. Like, a Snickers bar while. This is a known bug which has affected dozens if not hundreds of people, and the only response we can get out of them is "we're working on it" and "we are working with Apple, but they're slow" (you expect us to believe that Apple is slow, when the difference between your customer service is that easy to see? Yeah, I got some waterfront property in Kansas, if you're interested).

Your communication still needs to be more frequent(read:daily), and lets be honest here. The anti transparency policy with hacking and the company's complete and utter failure to enforce what you do have, combined with your software team's failure to conduct an effective beta to fix the problems before release, are causing that "backlog" of tickets. It's called "root cause". Think about it. We don't care about your "backlog." We care about this "root cause."

List of order to fix problems for the game from easy first.
1) Log out of game completely. This means hit the home button twice and make sure KA is not running silently in the background.
2) Try turn off the device turn back on.
3) Hard reset Hold home and Power button don't let go till you see the device turn of and power back on.
4) Delete the game and download again.

Just hold the app and then delete it, then you will have no problems.

Deleting the app completely might be the best thing to do. But I do like the game, been playing since the first day. I tried all the above solution. And no apple is not slow I have been exchanging email with them for the past couple of day. They are trying hard to resolve the problem. But the problem is with Gree not them.

@Tempus, i tried your hard exit solution and it cleared the block of chest of gems purchase during the second war, but my mountain is still stuck in download. This has happened twice: March 30 and April 13. Neither time was addressed by Gree. No gems received and I even sent emails requesting full refund of all monies spent. Apple support has no control over the download; they are responsible for collecting the money. That is all. My account is not blocked with them. I am still blocked from purchasing mountains. I also sent emails to Gree asking for credit of the sales price for mountains since I was forced to buy chests. Each pair of chests was 1300 gems instead of the 1500 I should have received. I still have the popup requesting my Apple password every time I open the game.

Send a ticket to Apple store with a copy of your receipt. They did reimburse me my money from the gems I did not received from Gree.

It does take 6 to 7 working day before you get the credit on your credit card. Oh they will reply to your ticket within a day. And it is not an automated response. Loll

I got sucked into the heat of combat this past war and bought some gems for the first time. I'm sorry I did because since then, my phone is constantly prompting me for my Apple ID password. I just went to the Apple store yesterday and they told me that the issue was with the app. They suggested deleting and reinstalling the program. Wouldn't that cause you to lose your kingdom and bring you back to a vanilla land named Alex?

Can you transfer the game to another device and then delete and then transfer back?

Why are WE trying to figure this out? Why isn't GREE fixing their issues? Simply amazing that an organization can be so removed from their clientele and remain in business.

Everyone is calling them GREE(dy) now, but I don't think that's it, major corporations, Apple for instance, demands immediate responses and corrections for their customers. I went in twice with phone issues and without questions, walked out with new phones in less than 30 minutes. I'd say Apple is making more $ than GREE and they get it!!!!!

Your game is stored on the server. No honest person would recommend restarting your account, lol. Once you reinstall the game, your kingdom will be right there waiting for you. Just be sure not to leave your long time collections available during the downtime.

Not saying you shouldn't be frustrated about this, you have every right to be. However, CJ54 has already stated they are working on this issue with Apple. He didn't however say when they expect it to be resolved.

My apple id pops up all the time sInce a failed gem purchase. Transferring the game to a different device and back didn't help.

That had happened to me a few months ago. Just delete the entire app from the phone and reinstall it, it should fix it.

Anyone else feel like there are maybe 3 employees working at GREE right now? Maybe 2, I'm not sure. And if you laid out a convincing case that CJ was trying to do everything by himself, I probably wouldn't argue that, either. I'm not sure what issues are going on with the company, but once guilds were added to the game, but problems quadrupled and the support was cut to a quarter.

Issues like the one the OP is having should be priority #1 for GREE and ironed out within hours, not days or even weeks. If a customer can't trust that he's going to get what he pays for, why would any other customer trust that?

With the events in the game having a critical time component, the poor functionality of the purchase mechanism lots of people are having problems with has real implications for their game. I'm really quite surprised how well most of these people are taking these issues. Can you imagine how POed your average consumer would be if they went to a Black Friday sale at Best Buy and were all set to buy a 52" TV for $200 when the CC machine wouldn't authorize the transfer, but still put the charge on the card. And then Best Buy took 3 weeks to figure out why the transaction wouldn't go through? And then you could no longer get that TV, nor any other TV at that price? You'd be on the local Consumer Advocate TV slot on the 6:00 news that night.
