Dear Gree support team.
I can understand than you didnt reply quick about game bugs connected with incorrect stats and similar game related issues.
But how its even possible not to answer to tickets about real money lost??!!!
I lost my $, purchase gree cash and didnt get it.
I am waiting for solution for 3 weeks. I sent all required information to you, still no reply.

Please answer here to all comunity, what is your vision about this?
How long I and other players should wait till you resolve our real money issues.

I have lost 3 vaults of cash.2 on 5-17 and 1 on 5-20.i have been asked multiple times to provide receipts but for that not one damn groat has been added to my game.the 2 I lost were 59.99 each and the one i lost is 79.99.thats 199.97 dollars deducted from my account.i will not hold my breath or have much hope as most my tickets don't get resolved.

I want to buy last upgrade for Santa Marta,
I spent real money, didnt get Gree cash, cant buy lvl 10 building, didnt get prize for event.
Still no response from Gree.

I have 4 tickets at the moment, one is my gold bonus from April yet. 5 emails on this and no reply except auto reply and it has been referred to a 'specialist'. Gree support is SPECIAL...

Same boat as you guys, if they dont get back to me before i fly home from my mine site ill be disputing the transaction and reporting them to australian consumer affairs and the american best business bureau. I believe the a japanese company? May try find out what the equivelent is over there and send a complaint their way to. This isnt how you do business

On a positive note i got credited my gold yesterday, took them 8 days from lodging the ticket to do so but i can live with that.

Sometimes I feel Gree has two employees. CJ and Cirus aka the forum police. Would be nice when someone else ( a little higher in the hierarchy) could tell how they are going to solve the issues.

Sorry to bump an old post but it won't let me start a new one.

I've been trying to buy a vault of cash but it added the cash, took it straight back off then gave me an error message about invalid game data and reinstall the app.

Did this and kept trying but nothing worked. Next thing I had 16 transactions of 54.99 taken from my bank! I contact Apple who have credited me back the money but I would still like to purchase the cash ingame. Any ideas?

Join the club I have lost gold sent multiple tickets and all I got back was if u still experiencing an issue contact our support team they won't even look into it got that same message 3 times and still not resolved the support team are useless!!!
