Now I'll be the first one to get pissed about bad or slow customer service, I feel that your guests/clients/patrons need to be taken care of as fast as possible, in order to retain your consumers. That being said, I recently bought a new phone, and had to do the transfer via tickets. I was very anxious about this, as in the past I have not had muh luck with tickets. How surprised I was that less than 30 minutes after my tickets were sent, both of my KA and MW accounts were transferred!

Just wanted to say thanks, and yes, I'll take your surveys soon :P

Wow it looks like they don't care about other problems. Just transferring.

I would agree the only thing they deal with is transfers

That's good to hear on the transfer happening so fast. I know in the past this would be a long-while in the handling, so good to know it was quite fast for you. Good changes are in the wind...
