View Full Version : The iOS transfer process DOES NOT WORK. PLEASE HELP.

I got a new iPhone and had to transfer my profile. I followed the process step by step and it did not work. I then submitted a ticket to Gree and 5 days later (this morning) received an email from "V" saying my ticket was closed and that the old profile had been successfully restored. I opened Crime City and it proceeded to load for hours. I took a phone call so it closed, and then when I reopened it, there was nothing. It was a brand new game all over again, just like when I tried to transfer it before. Has this happened to anyone? Gree please help! Am I doing something wrong?

We have 3 members still out off their game because of this. Our leader is non responsive and GREE doesnt do anything!!! Its getting annoying again!

why did they ever change things?? The Funzio ID thing worked perfectly. Android still has it.. Damn Apple!
