View Full Version : Raid boss stopped dropping loot to eligible players

Last half hour, many of us are not getting kill loot despite being way above required damage (even acknowledged on leaderboard). Just says you did not receive any rewards. Filed tickets, but.... Are others seeing this?

Regarding ranking, it's not that either. Recently I was Rank 3 with 1.7 mill on a boss requiring 60k, and no prize awarded for me and others.

We had the same issue with some of our guild members.
Do we need to sent a ticket per member or is this getting fix ???

Seeing the same thing... No rewards for defeating boss with the minimum damage... Getting the Quest prize but not the Boss prize..

Tap the Raid Boss icon > History. If you hit a boss and it died, you will see a number under "Your Rank" beneath the boss that was killed. Then tap "Reward" and it will show you what unit/loot you won. check your inventory and you will see it.

I have only had the loot-unit reward pop up when I dealt the killing blow, or i had just logged in when the killing blow was dealt. Otherwise, the above is the only way I know

Am hoping this comes across clear.
A few boss fights I have ended up unranked, all tho I did do a few mil damage and was ranked till my last hit.
What I think is happening, is when multiple people get the killing blow at the same time, everyone but the person who it registers as getting the final shot, gets lost on the ranking and is ending unranked and no reward is awarded.

I am having the same problem. I have two accounts, both of which can score the required number of damage points, but it is hit-or-miss as to whether they get the loot drops. Others in my guild report the same problem. I fear that we have missed a TON of loot items, as my guild is on the last part of the quest.


GREE - What is the deal? Do we need to have every single member review our inventories for every single loot drop? Do you know how much time that will take, and how many tickets that will amount to? What do you suggest?
