Part 5 and up have different prizes. On part 10 and prizes are still different. Seems to be a bug only on part 1-4

The energy per hit on 4/10 is 50. Too high for that low level stage.

The stat jump was whatever the bloodless drifter was to about 250 on part 5. Where I'm at, the stats are still really low tbh.

Rewards from 1-4 are repetitive but at this point, are we surprise ? Of course not.

7/10N Worn Battler 420/280 (xp per hit is 14 and it's a 1-2 hitter really don't see the problem)
8/10N Eternal Caster 350/650 (xp per hit is 21...and it's a 1-2 really don't see the problem)

Don't know why some people are complaining about the XP, it's fine. Energy per hit ramps up pretty quickly, but it's a very short LTQ and so far they've all been max 2 hit critters.

Regards to the dup'd units....really, how much better are levels 2, 3 and 4 of Normal mode going to be, it's doubtful any of them will make it into my army (certainly not into the likes of Gambit's) so they're somewhat irrelevant anyway.

BTW at Part 2 are the earlier levels easier than Part 1 later levels? or does Part 2 level 1 start where Part 2 level 10 leaves off?

At the risk of adding even more fluff, I really don't care about all the noise about the XP. I think XP on everything should be multiplied by 10, you want the goods, level up and play on same field as everyone else.

I don't mind about XP, but 351 energy per hit where you need at least 3 hits per mob, do the math: 3*18*351=18954 for a single round.

Oh, well yeah, I'm already bored with the quest for that reason, but something that should be a non issue, XP, just pollutes threads constantly and obscures posts that actually have useful information. Maybe Gree could sticky a thread for that 1 topic since its always coming up.

one detail is that it is unlocked after you finish part 1 of normal. (there are 2 parts of normal 10 levels & 15 levels respectively).

It's just retarded amounts of energy for these. And since the prize units aren't even that high, it's clearly a money push for Gree. Some CEO must have a yacht payment coming up. Or it's just another screw up by the programmers.

BTW, I have no problems with the amount of XP it's giving.

Why is everyone so upset about the rewards being the same. No one cares if you get the same units spreaded over several quests, but if you get the same unit in 1 quest everyone goes crazy.
And you probably won't see them anyway as they are not top 45 worthy for most people(I assume).

They couldn't care less that they are the same. They are concerned that it was extreme carelessness on Gree's part.

How are they useless? It's just a matter of different artwork for a unit that would have nearly the same stats. Unless you only end up with '1' in your inventory and not '4'.

Because their stats are so menial that I keep my ally count low enough not to have units like them in my army

Heroic Part 1: L8/10 mob info: 236energy per hit, i believe there are 8 mobs, and their HP is around 600.
Heroic Part 1: L9/10 mob info: 351energy per hit, there are 18 mobs, and their HP is 301/mob.

I personally don't care if I get 20 of the same type of unit, as long as the stats are worthwhile. I've never understood why they feel the need to have a different reward for every single quest completion. Just my opinion, but recycle all you want Gree, just make the stats worth the effort of completing the quest.

I think the problem people have is when you finish a second level they want an increase in the next unit because that level was harder than the one before. However when you look at one through four being all the same, the numbers on one were higher than previous so it all balances in the end

And normally, by level 4 you are getting units you can use? No?

That comment was a response to a question on my original comment. My original comment was that GREE will not change them as they do not benefit us and therefore it will not benefit them to change it. Not once did I say that I expected a 50% infantry boost at normal part 1 2/10

I don't get what anyone is complaining about, it's a ******* easy ltq, easily finish able fr free players, with low xp i might add. And if you feel like spending time on it, you can still get a 20k boost in stats, or finishing it. I say it's a nice break after the raid boss.

highest energy per hit is about 380. The 598 is HP, not energy.
But the energy needed is ridiculous. On the other hand the gold is nice.

I had both normal part 2 AND heroic part 1 open to me once I finished part 1 of normal....now it's decision time it would seem. Anyone else get this and care to share what direction they went?

everybody has this.

i decided just to do normal first, but you could try to deversify your energy to use it as efficient as possible

Finished normal Part I and II and then started Heroic... seemed easier, energy-wise...

I did pt 1 Heroic, and now have pt 2 normal and heroic open. Has anyone gone a similar route and more important if I did pt 2 heroic first woud I get the prize, or would I need to go back and do the regular to get it?

It doesn't matter which part you finish first. The final prize will be given when you finish both.

highest energy per hit is about 380. The 598 is HP, not energy.
But the energy needed is ridiculous. On the other hand the gold is nice.

Yeah, and as you know the HP is also important because it has a bearing on the total energy required. The HP per hit depends entirely on your character stats/weapon/armor. The total HP of the mob gives you an idea of what it will take to kill him. With the Captain's Blades (130/120) and Raiment of the Dread Corsair (71/369) I do about 300 (+/- 20) HP of damage per hit. For a 598 mob that means most times I will kill him with two hits. So the energy drain is 2X the energy stated plus 1x whatever damage he does to me on the first hit (if any). If my weapon/armor combo meant I was doing only 100 HP damage per hit, it would take 6 hits to kill him = 6x energy plus up to 5x return damage.

Anyone else getting unusually low HP on this event? I max hit at 325 but am consistently hitting at around 245-265. Possible one hit mobs have mainly been two and two hit mobs always three. Only had two hits just above 300 this entire quest. I wouldn't mind if the energy required wasn't so high.

LOL too true! Actually, I meant it was easier energy-wise to finish normal parts than to waste all that energy on Heroic... but I appreciate your point :-)

FWIW I'm now on Heroic PtI 8/10 and I find this quest to be not as much fun LOL
