Anyone else have an issue where their guild completed Normal and yet it never registered and delivered prize for it?

Gree please fix, this is silly

Yes, the player had to close and open the game twice before credit was given.

Why is that unit so terrible?
It's a quarter the stats of the unit prior

After their research they found all is well, which it still is not, jumping guilds to resolve. I only care because my guild is about to finish heroic and it would be nice to get that unit.

All the rewards are rolled out to the winners by our servers directly. While I am unable to compensate with money, gold or units for this issue, I took the liberty to pass your feedback to our developers so that such issues can be taken care of in the future update. Please be assured that our developers are currently working on these issues to resolve at the earliest.

It's the standard response. There was an error in the game, they feel bad it happened to you but they won't do anything for you. But they are looking into the issue

Wow, not a good way to do business. Guaranteed customer satisfaction issue, yet Gree doesn't seem motivated to fix the problem. Looking into the issue just doesn't cut it. Sounds like a politician.

Missing both heroic and normal unit now, even though guild completed. Great programming gree.
