I just got locked out of the game. Says it had trouble loading KA.
Is anyone else having issues? Some of my guild mates says it's on all their iPads.

Some of my guild mates say they might be updating their servers. Well a maintenance message would be nice. That way we would know what the problem is.

The odds to get from 9 to 10 is so low. Like Joshua said, so many gems and still no sword.

I've got 2 games with 9 swords. This isn't helping, maybe Gree will give me the units, since I was feeling lucky when I was locked out. Lol

The odds to get from 9 to 10 is so low. Like Joshua said, so many gems and still no sword.

The best way to get the relics are in the first day of box event. after that they're way too rare to pull off, even with gems.

Thx to Gree! I'm already deep with gems into the box event and now I'm unable to finish...
I'm so stupid... When will I learn my lesson? No more gems for gree.... first they steal the success of my guild in the last battle, than bosses in the raid-boss-event doesn't count and some of our members didn't get the reward... Now this...
New challenge for gree: can you keep the game running without bugs for 24 hours?

We're bringing the players back in in groups to help the servers ramp back to normal load. Everyone should be in within a few more minutes.

Constructive?
When players give constructive things, for instance, blatant cheaters being posted on the forum for mods to see because support hasn't done anything. The poster being constructive gets banned.
What could of been posted here that was constructive?

Not sure I understand the logic of this.....

I can't either it says you must have access to the Internet. I do because I'm posting this. I was able to get in for a moment but when I tried to vault it said unable to connect to server.

For a serious company, 15 mins down should be a disaster and half the crew should be fired.
First rule on any online system is: do not test with your customers, they can get upset.
And Gree, we are already upset, this is not the first, second, third,... a hundreth time this happens.
But I'm being constructive.

This is a perfect example of why there should be a day or two at minimum between events. Finish one, do any updates, prep for the next event so that it doesn't crash everything, proceed to the next event. I understand how much everyone will absolutely hate having nothing to do but raid and attack PvP for a day or two and that agree may not be constantly bleeding people dry but it really would be the best way to prevent this from ALWAYS happening.

It's looking like there may be a few devices disassociated - your kingdom isn't gone. Please send a ticket with all of your info and we're working on relinking everyone as fast as we can. This is only affecting a tiny % of people right now.

Even if it's only affecting a tiny %, it's still affecting people. Those people might be the biggest gem spenders. Everyone should be taken care of.

The problem is happening because the device info doesn't match the account - there was an older database that hadn't been restarted in a long while and it seems there are a few devices which said different things in different databases. I'm currently sitting in the middle of our support team and we're watching the incoming queues for any reports like this so we can have you on your way in a few minutes.

Ok, but usually when you send in a ticket, it takes forever for someone to reply. If someone doesn't fix it right when those people send in the ticket, I don't think everyone can get their accounts back on their device in time.

When the dust settled and I went back in I got the "pick your class" screen and everything was gone! i'M ALSO AT 9/10 and was using gems to open and now... GREE - PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

Also, as guild founder, I really need the game back ASAP as no one else is able to perform founder functions!

I do have to say thanks to you. This is the most participation I have seen from Gree staff when it comes to a uh or well anything. It would be nice to see more involvement in the forums like this in future :)

Will this be corrected before war begins? And what if we have yet to finish the quest? I am on 9/10. Is your solution to such it up, lose hours/days, and use a ton of gems *if* you get it fixed in time?

So how do I get my account back? It said server error now I am back to level 0???? I did the upgrade yesterday and had no problems.... My guild mates showed me a picture of my account and I am still in the guild but with much lower stats.... Hope this gets fixed before the war cause I'm the founder?!?!?!

I hit contact support and put game ID is that what your looking for my account is level 1 as of now.

This is what people should do, i dont think they realize that they wont respond like 1 second after you sent the ticket, they have to investigate what happened and make sure they're doing the right thing, have patience people.

I think it's best if you go to help in game and then contact support button at the top. That way it captures your hardware info.

I experience this earlier, Sirius, and later got back into the game..

only problem is that I lost my guild... had to send a join request to my guild...

my (few) gems are correct, att/def correct.. just not guild..

thought you'd wanna know in case others are experiencing this..

Go to help button in the second screen of the game menu... at the top there's a button to contact support. Use the subject Device Disassociated.

Your original ally ID, level, and name.

The new ally ID.

Amount of gems in the account and last login time.

Check your character lvl/stats...same thing happened to me, and when I looked at my character I noticed all my progress/items/units/stats, etc were from at least 2 months ago. Still waiting for GREE to respond to my ticket.

Around 2 hours ago I logged onto KA and it didn't work and it said send help. So I clicked that and it sent in a ticket with the words please fix ASAP in it. I got a reply within 5 minutes. It probably just depends if they are looking at their email when you send it. That was the quickest I ever got a reply. 5 minutes!

Yeah probably. They were aware of it so they were getting ready for tickets, and mine was early on. It is still a record for me. Usually they reply in about 1 day.
