Gree, you better get this fixed ASAP.

My account is completely reset. I am so pissed. I had thousands of gems, +5m stats, top guild, and war is less than a day away. I swear I am done with all Gree games if this isn't fixed.

I think it is worth asking if Gree loses your account. Everything I have paid for is gone.

I just sent a ticket I've also lost my account over 2 million in stats!!! I really want to fight in the war tomorrow.

I made a forum account just for this reason. I tried to log in at 5:30 est and my account was gone ant three was a new character named Alex instead. I had been working on the runic sword cases I was at 9/10 and had bought over 600 gems specifically for the quest and now I cannot even attempt to get the unit because my account is gone. What happened? When will this be fixed?? Is the money I spent just wasted?? Not happy right now.

Charge backs, unsure how far back they can go.
But I hope you all opened a support ticket too, and not just posted on the forum, would make it a lot easier for them to fix.

I find in game works the best, as it includes a ton of info about you, which will help them isolate the problem better And identify you easier.

They probably wont refund all your money. Depends how much you spent. If you ask them to give you a refund on a reasonable price, then maybe they will give you a refund.

Lets not rush into this !, there will be plenty of other wars available, lets just say these players are on "Annual Leave" and go from there may be "LOOK INTO " this next week or next month, it not that i dont want them to play...ok yes it is..we need any advantage we can get !

Talking to my credit card company now, they are working to get my money back. Am quitting the game if GREE do not complete the current quest for me and give us gem to use for coming war. Not even sure can get account back by coming war so most likely quitting the game for good. Good lucks guy

Honestly Sirius , there is no RUSH, i am sure there are other players here that will look after their Kingdoms and collect on behalf of them ....Mwhahaha , hope this is fixed soon for everyone that has been unduly booted, but what a way to Kull the masses , more gold for everyone else

Still missing my account. I was in the process of founder specific tasks when the server crash happened and now I'm still without my game. It's after 1am East Coast US time and I'm very disappointed that this is still an issues. I've sent screen shots, device details, etc.

Plus, 9/10 on box event. Was hoping to get that 10th sword. Unless Gree wants to increase the odds or just give me that last sword...

Most concerns that battle starts in slightly more than 12 hours and 3 in my guild (most notably the founder) are still without their accounts.

@Sirius, you asked for pm, but you have that disabled.

I am sure Gree is making this the No#1 priority (Sirius Input required here) , and if they cant get you back on line in the next 6-8 hours or so i am sure Gree would base each case of the Rune Box based on your Merits and where you are currently based, so you may get a win win.....maybe.
i do sympithise with all in these temultous times and hope its all rectified shortly , then we can get back to normal and Prepare for Battle

Your probably right ratma, but still the box event is one thing. Its the not knowing if and when it will be fixed. And if the fix happens before, during or after war.
I hope you all get it back asap!

I got my account back after less then 1 hour after I contacted costumer support. They got back to me really fast, asked for some details about old and new character and restored my account.

This will be my last post here. Had announce to my guild I am quitting and had since been asked many times why. So I decide to share my reason for quitting here. We all had experience many glitch since playing this game, but one thing that stand out the most to me is GREE had never address or make up for the inconveniences cost. The occasional 50 gems to all, to me is not the way to make up for the screw up experience, the impact to some is definitely more than what the 50 gems can compensate. However, the latest glitch caused me to loss all progress on my two account build up using mountains of gems. The reply again is generic, and apart from telling how to restore my account, it ignore all my other complain. To me this is the last straw, GREE had time and time again tell me one thing, is OK for for GREE to screw up, your time loss or progress loss is too bad, be thankful we are fixing it. As a paying customer will you continue to patronise a business what had total disregard for you as a customer. Apart from constantly scheming how to rip you off from quest to quest. Maybe, not all will feel as strongly as me now but if this keep up you will one day quit the game for the same reason.
