Had an overgrown account on my PC, running under blueStack.
Asked Gree support if they can reset it, no big issue, very hard to play on Bluestack anyway.
So they did reset it, alright, but they swapped with my cell phone account.
So my main account resides on a home PC - where I can't play all day, while on my phone I got a brand new account, that frankly, I don't need.

can't play the boss, feeling like a stupid one
Why in the name of god I had to ask something from Support?
Why was I so stupid to believe that they can do a simple task without damages.
I am stupid...

Hey dpghost,

I will have one of our support people get your accounts back to their correct devices but we don't currently offer account resets in the game. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I you use bluestack, just uninstall and remove all data next time. Will remove account.

I asked support for help, they just closed the ticket with no response!
I know the reps name was Allen by the "rate our support" URL.

I am curious how it worked out for you and especially would like to know whether your cell phone was an Apple or Android system?
