Ok Gree, you make a few mistake and so on and you do some good stuff too.

I thought we could have a thread and give y'all some constructive feedback so you can measure your customers experience and satisfaction.

Lets give you a score between 0 - 100 and start you off at 50.
You do something good and make us happy you gain points. You create an unhappy client base you lose points.

Use it as a tool and gauge your performance. We will use it as a voice for the community.
Only valid pro's and con's will be rated to keep it real. It needs to have a major impact on the game not just one dude having a moan.

- 2 Server down (30min unexpected maintenance)
+1 Servers back up in short time (message in game)

Making up by rewarding us with 350 free gold: +5

Specific complaints are helpful, but this thread is going to be ten pages of numbers and generic frustration within a few hours. If someone wants to repost as a specific current issues thread, that's cool, just keep it constructive please.
