Has anyone here done it successfully? Maybe I'm missing something. However I'm unsuccessful at it. I sent a ticket to gree like last time to do it. It would just easier if we could transfer it like in the past though. Thanks

Same problem, doesn't work. I'm logged in on both devices with same account, old device says its ready for transfer but new device(any i try) says no old account associated with your funzio id...
Tried going from 5s to ipad mini, from ipad air to ipad mini, and from iphone 5 to mini with no luck.

Please note when you backup to iTunes you must encrypt local backup otherwise the backup will not work.This only works if you are restoring from the same device ie iPad to iPad.




backup device to pc itunes first.make sure you encrypt local backup and setpassword.next go to restore new device you should be working now.i used this way a number of times and worked everytime.
