So yesterday I accidentally spent 380 gems on a building speed up. The ticket was sent around 10 pm I wake up at 7 am and I have the gems I accidentally spent. Thank you Gree for solving my issue overnight. Thank you Robin Taylor

Same with me, fat fingered the instant upgrade and in the morning had the gems back. Very quick response.

I think it's hit or miss depending if there is a war or a big LTQ bug that people are sending tickets in for...I've had 6hrs refund up to a couple days for upgrade.

Well they earned a 1 hour silence from me for the next **** up I'm affected with :P

Boss one didn't affect me, was going to sleep when it started and was fixed before I was up :P

Wait. You got gems refunded for that? I have two, TWO, email replies from Gree saying that they don't refund gems for any reason.

for this case they do.... but if you buy a mountain of gold instead of a mountain of gems, they wont (from my experience at least)

I sent in a ticket due to being unable to delete comments on my wall. V got back to me in a couple of hours and offered to delete specific comments while they worked on it. Awesome!

Sold a lvl 10 silo by mistake, had it back in under 24 hours. To me a very acceptable time frame.

Sold my level 5 manor in error, sent in a ticket on a Sunday morning, Manor returned before nightfall.

Accidentally completed my upgrade with 570 gems during a Conquest and immediately sent a ticket. Gems returned the day after it was over.

I've accidentally sped up upgrades and accidentally refilled energy. That's what the tickets were for. Was told in no uncertain terms that gem refunds were something that never happened under any circumstances.

GO to apple instead and tell them about it and they refund you.
...and you get to keep the mountain of gold. One time deal though. Don't try to repeat

I think they should put in some kind of extra button to prevent you from selling or speeding up certain processes. A bit like: "Are you sure you want to speed this up/sell". That saves gree alot of time so they can fix other bugs like the leaderboard event :)
