While switching devices I lost my account. Have made numerous attempts for support and no reply. How long does support need to reply?

I lost my account the same way you did a few months back.
Sent in a ticket with my account number, itunes receipts, and other various account information. It took 7 days to get it back, but, I got it back.

Thanks smoke. Hopefully it doesn't take that long lol I heard support really has their stuff together now!

Lost mine 10 days ago during a transfer - got it back 4 days ago - so that should be your current expectation I think
