CJ, My iPad broke a few weeks ago and I sent it off for repair/replacement. I had it backed up to itunes but, when I got the new one in last Tuesday(Feb 11,2014), it did not restore correctly. I ended up with a new account on the pad and my old one lost. I have been waiting since then to have support restore my old account to my new device. Please let me know what I must do to get it restored before the next war starts so that I may participate in it. Thanks!

Did you Encrypt the backup on iTunes if not the backup will not will from iPad to iPad.But will not work at all if they are difference devices.

Everything restored correctly except the 3 gree games I play, KA, MQ and Jackpot Slots. Not sure why just the Gree games all started from scratch instead of carrying over the account info to new device.
