I went to log on to mw 2 days ago to collect my buildings and my account was set at a level 1 alex , ive sent my ticket to gree and no response as always , so im missing out on the raid boss plus im missing time on upgrading my LE. I might even get dropped from my faction because of the innactivity but does gree care ? HELL NO !!!

This is the only game I've downloaded that I've had to contact customer support for and they even suck at that....this game is a joke...I fell bad for the people that have spent money on this game. I played this game for a year on my Android and was able to create an account with an iPhone and be more powerful within a month due to the airplane mode cheat. This game is a joke and you can see how unhappy it makes the people that play it by reading this forum. Why are these people still taking this joke of a game/company seriously. .. they will never get betterm..they are the problem. Find a new game already

I had lost ones, got it back yet n gree transferred me back to my temporarily account after recovered my lost account, send report again n gree reply sorry we can't find your account! What a joke

Is it too much ticket sent or there is a shortage of staff in the support department? One of my faction mate lost his account a couple of weeks ago and have not gotten back his account. It used to take 1/2 day to get a reply from support. What has happen to all the support staff?

More than 10 Days i had to wait to get my accout back....10 days waiting just for 1 answer for my tickets..... I would like to have they're jobs

So I lost access to my account 8 days ago. I have also sent in repeated help requests asking for help from Gree. The only responses I have been receiving is their automated reply that they received my requests and that is all. My account is still unavailable to me. I lost many opportunities to earn unit rewards during this time. And all I would like at this point is to know that someone is home at Gree and that they all haven't decided to go on vacation with the money that we have paid them.

Well I am now at 20 days without access to my account, and have not heard back from anyone at Gree in over 10 days. Sent in another ticket that has also been ignored. The excuse that they are overloaded is a not flying with me because earlier this week, several of my friends and fellow faction members also submitted help tickets and they all received responses the same day but all of mine have gone unanswered. I just would like to know what is happening and that someone is trying to figure out why I can't get access to my account back. Any communication, even if it is to tell me that I am completely screwed is better than being completely ignored.

My latest ticket # is 1406626

Similar issue with my account.
After contacting support on the 19th February I've received a response asking for the account details for recovery and have yet to receive a reply since.

I lost both cc and mw accounts on 3/1/14. Today is 3/13/14 and other than sending in tons of tickets....NOTHING!!!!

Well now at 4+ weeks without access to my account and still no help from anyone in support. Had 2 emails from someone there a over a week ago then stopped getting replies again.

I even sent CJ a PM hoping to get some type of help and nothing. Do our accounts not count for anything if we are not members of SUP or any other top spending team?
