My device died unexpectedly on 3/30 and I need my account to be transferred to my new device. I put in a ticket on 4/1 from the new device (a level 1 account) with the last screenshot I took from my old device, wrote down my last login time along with the date of my last gold purchase.

How long am I to wait for the device transfer?? I havent heard from anybody and I don't even have a ticket number...

Good luck. I put one in on March 31 and haven't heard anything. GREE really slacking on transfers lately
