So tried to transfer accounts two days ago and something went wrong and I lost it. Transferred the same way I did a few months ago when it went smoothly. Have sent a ticket in with nothing but an automated reponse. Ticket #1518168. Please help.

I sent a request over a week ago about the same issue and haven't even received an automated response. great work gree.

I got email today saying my account had been transferred haven't got a chance to check my other device yet but I wanted it on this one but transferred my mini to it this morning so I would atleast have an account to use for rb. Guess we will see later and maybe be sending a ticket to swap accounts now. Awesome.
