I've send a support ticket yesterday but didnt get a ticket mail in reply. Gree is having a holiday? :)

Old news. We've all gotten the "silent treatment." Usually caused by work overload, understaffing, etc., not deliberately ignoring requests. Sound good?

If you didn't get the confirmation email, check your spam folder. Sometimes our replies look like spam to your email, depending on the email.


Old news. We've all gotten the "silent treatment." Usually caused by work overload, understaffing, etc., not deliberately ignoring requests. Sound good?

We're currently at a 2-day average for responses to new tickets, for KA, but that is average. Oldest unanswered ticket is from the 8th, and we do have a small number from the 10-12th that we are diving into today as well. Anyway, if you haven't been answered in a few days, hang tight and we will get back to you asap.

EDIT: The OP should have gotten the confirmation email, in any case.

Thanks for the reply CJ, but still no confirmation/solution or reply to the ticket... It also didn't go to spam. I'll just wait.
