As soon as you have opened this thread, I am sure you guys are thinking "Oh god, It's Spazer AGAIN!!! I better right some stupid comments and leave fast as I can!!". BUT WAIT!!! Please take some your time to read this thread, Please Please Please.

I have been researching about hyperinflation and the inflation that happened in Germany and Zimbabwe. Both of those countries introduced new currencies. For example Zimbabwe used US Dollars to replace its currency to recover from the big inflation. Germany replaced its Reichsmark to Deutsche Mark after it's hyperinflation.

I was thinking, perhaps GREE can replace the over powered units into Unit points. Those unit points can be used to buy new units that can be used in game. All the old units in GREE games can not be used in battle or wars or any other purposes then converting it into Unit points. Once it's converted into the Unit Points, you can choose to buy new units that GREE brought out. These new units will be less strong but more suitable for the game because there will be slower stats inflation. Also players can save there unit points for later on.

Draw back
There might be increase in hacking and glitches during this process. GREE needs to put a lot of effort to make this happen but I doubt they will. Many glitches will occur during this process that can lead people to lose all the Unit Points, so the game must be tripple checked and the server must to be double protected to prevent any hackers.

Further understanding
When GREE hands out the new weak units, then the next event prize units they hand out also needs to be weaker but only little bit stronger. In this way GREE can gain back there customers and hopefully people might start spending money again.

Sounds pretty good but would be way out of balance. Some ppl I know and raid have 100k units. If you trade in 1/2 of that for your proposed unit points, you can trade in for hundreds of millions

That's not a bad idea. Master, to counter your point, the big guns already have inventories bursting with a Captain Growlers. I get visited by a few folks with 1500+ in their inventories.. So trading units would only help them to consolidate inventory and use units in future FAs. So benefit, but not a major stats change.

The idea would help HLPs that have played the game, secured lots of unusable units, but can't get out of the trap of low stats high level.

I doubt it will see the light of day, but it is a decent concept

I think gree ought to make it where we can sell the old units for cash if we can sell our buildings why not make it where we can sell units

That's the most elegant fix of all, imo. (should be) Simple for programming as well since that's a function built into buildings already.
