View Full Version : How can I get help on ticket that is now 35 days old?

I submitted ticket 1535043 on Apr. 16. I had purchased a 2-member upgrade for our guild. Later that day a new quest was loaded, and the 2-member increase vanished along with the 3 new members we had added. We are stuck at 44/44 members and cannot add anymore even though guild bonuses show us with +26 member increase. All I need is that the 44/44 members be updated to 44/46 to reflect our accurate member size. It can't be that difficult.

My ticket has been passed around from the entry level support to Kingdom Age Player Experience Specialists to development. The last one occurring on 5/13. I have asked for updates; no response since then.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's now 5/27 and still no response or fix in place. It's getting very, very old and again we are approaching war without being able to recruit more members. HELP !!!!!

Just received an email that the issue was fixed. They gave me a few gems to thank me for my patience. I verified that everything is okay. Now on to recruiting.
