Someone please help restore my profile to my phone. It has been over two days with no response from GREE Support. (Ticket #1704529)

I have provided all details in order to restore my account as quickly as possible, including; Player name, level, ID number, UDID, device type and the info from the new profile that appeared on my phone after restoring it.

I believe it. I've waited a month and I've had it done overnight in the past. It just doesn't make sense. You'd think they would make the process pretty simple since phones break, get lost and get wiped out on occasion.

This issue has been resolved. By the way even after giving all my details they wanted gold receipts attached to the email and also the last time the account was logged on. FYI.

Yes, there is a lot of information needed to ensure that the account does belong to you. Some of these measures are put in place to help prevent fraud. Glad to hear this matter has been resolved.

You have to be kidding me. So after it was fixed, someone sent an email this morning saying they fixed my account again. Except they wiped my profile again putting on the stupid Level 2 Alex profile back. admin please help in restoring my profile back. This is ridiculous.

I hear that. I've sent in another request as I have not received a response to the last one. No help from Admin here, not sure why I even tried. I'm level 271 and I have been playing since it was a funzio game and you could only build, attack and do the simple map missions. Looks like it may be time to wrap it up.

Thanks GREE. I only needed one more building upgrade for the prize. Missed out on that too. Happy raiding on my base fellas.
