View Full Version : A terrible bug at raid boss. Hits not registerd

i'm reporting a serious bug our faction faced.

We are doing the master raid boss at 23/29. The goal was freezed at 3/11 despite we killed the boss 11 times already. The goal still showed 3/11 despite reboots from multiple players. We could not go any further thereafter. We have sent in tickets for GREE for more than 2 hours but no reply and no fix first.

We demand you to fix this problem immediately, or else, compensate us with the goal prize.

Had any other factions faced similar problems? Please continue the thread if you faced similar bugs

We had everyone send in trouble tickets with screenshots
and about an hour or two later it start working again.

I'm assuming Gree did something or maybe it just worked itself out, Gree never told us.

This is really bad when they impose timelines on events and then counters do not work or freeze part way through the event ......

My faction is having the same issue... GREE needs to do something. We have screen shots that show we made the hits/kills.

We did master and did not do Indy so they need to do the right thing and give us the prizes we EARN. Like I said we have screen shots as proof of us completing the levels/event.

Here is the ticket #1937053. We have continued on by using the walkthrough posted here on the forum. You can check our history log & once this malfunction is resolved, we FULLY expect to be credited with all kills towards the masters raid boss goals.

And this is to represent ticket #1937874 which cites our faction number and precisely states our problems of Master RB counter being stuck at 3/11 on 23/29 despite the history showing kills.

We have continued with information posted in the forums and have screen shots of kills made from that point on till this is fixed or the end of the event. We are now midway through 25/29.

Our faction is stuck on prestige last lvl 2/10 for a day now, we have done atleast twelve, and after even tried resetting by letting one escape. Nada.

We can not get past the level we are on (Kill counter is not changing) .... So it is still a big issue!

Coming 24 hours now since the issue. 1 extra day and 100 free folders isn't going to cut it. Won't come close to the prizes missed. Gree Support, please seriously do something about this. Happy to give you screen shots of faction progress as listed here in forums from 23/29 to now 28/29 for us in Master RB.

Its been 24 hours now. Our problem of counter being stuck at 3/11 on 23/29 for RB Master is still not resolved. We have screen shots showing completion of 23/29, 24/29, 25/29, 26/29, 27/29 and we are now on 28/29.

Please understand that 1 day more and 100 folders more is nothing compared to the folders expanded from 23/29 till now.

And at least please give a black-and-white promise to give us back the units and rewards that we are obliged to possess due to your stupid server problem! Or else, what's the meaning of spending gold on this game when they can freeze anything you like at the last moment?

what the hell it means finish up to 22/29? We have screenshots and records already. Do you need every one of our members to bombard you with screenshots of every single battle due to your silly stupid server issue??????

Same, here our faction stuck at 4/11 21/27..... No reply or just something like try to donate to the vault so server will update..... No fix and still stuck. We continue to play boss and currently should be at 25/27..... I take it gree will reward based on boss played in the history once issue solved! Or better just reward 27/27 for all the inconvenience!

I'd urge the developers, either slow down your 'development' and fix the issues, or employ a lot more staff to fix issues once arise. It's no good running an event and got frozen because of your poor server problem and then put the blame on us. what kinda runtime error. running programs at the same time. it's kinda bullsh1t. 60 people facing the same problem and you say it's individual issue?

And more than 36 hours had passed. What have you done so far?

It's been suggested that it is an issue with individuals devices...I'd like to know the odds of 60 different devices using different os having the exact same problem at the exact same time...tis a shame since gold was spent and faction members will lose out on a huge stat increase if it's not corrected...

Lol. If you guys haven't realized by now, it's already pre-determined by Gree. It's a ploy. It started with Frontline. They'll do this for a few events, they will not compensate anyone, they'll do "something" to make up for gold loss, next event will be good and make everyone spend big $ again. You all will forget this ever happened, and in the end spend more $ because of it.

We have been stuck on 27/27 prestige FTQ 2/10 for 3 or 4 days...

We have taken screen shots from the history bar which shows we have so far beat 28 lvl 100's in a row - this should i hope be enough support evidence for gree - I would suggest other factions take screenshots and send them to gree to backup complaints.

So we can get someone from Gree to come in here and remove things from posts, but they can't be bothered to give some sort of reply on this issue? Way to go Gree! In case you didn't know it gree, that nice gesture of folders and extending the event because of issues is completely negated by the type of crap you've exhibited here.

Still waiting for a resolution and not a canned "copy and paste" response... Please give us the prizes we earned. We have the proof that we did the event and made the required kills. Issue was GREE's fault not ours. Gree needs to do the right thing and fix this.

Apologies for the frustrations. This type of matter is usually do to syncing. Please be sure to force a server sync between actions to help make these items register. You can do this through actions like vaulting cash.

Thanks for replying Tadaaah - just to let you know we tried every conceivable option from:

1) Changing bases

2) Banking cash

3) Changing between goals

4) Resetting game

5) Reinstalling game

6) Leaving and rejoining

7) Closing other apps

8) Hard reset of ipad

and this is with 50 players - we even let a lvl 100 escape and still it stuck on prestige 27/27 - 2/10

I had screen shots for faction 38 kills - our ticket has been marked as resolved.

Any other ideas buddy :)

...at least your getting a response......Canned (copy/paste) responses that do nothing are essentially the same thing. They close the case when they responds and do not answer the ticket issue = USELESS.
