Time has come for you to vote for your new community representatives!
To make things more streamlined for both the community and our teams, we have prepared a few rules around the voting process. Please have a good read before casting your vote.

Rules

  • Only leaders of factions in the current top 260 are allowed to vote. We have compiled a list of factions eligible for voting through results from the previous few guild events. You can view the list at the following link
    If you are not a faction leader but wish to have a say in the process, please contact your faction leader to discuss about the matter.
  • There are 3 lists of candidates to vote from. Candidates representing top 10 factions, top 11-50 factions and factions ranked more than 51st. Each voter can select one candidate per list. Please find the list of candidates and their motivation at the following link (second tab)


All votes will be done through the customer service department. To cast your vote, please use the following guidelines:

  • All emails are to be sent to en-support@gree.net . Please note that Android has the incorrect email set as default when contacting customer service through the game. You will need to manually edit the address.
  • All emails should contain the following information:
    EMAIL TITLE: Player Rep Vote XXXXX (where XXXX is your player name as a voter)
    EMAIL BODY: Please include your name and invite code as an faction leader. Please also include the faction’s name and invite code. And finally, the obvious thing, please select 1 name per candidate list to cast your vote.


All emails that do not follow this format will automatically be refused.

ALL VOTES SHOULD BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER, 29th, at 1:00 AM PST.
