Hi Guys,

A couple months ago, I transferred the game from my ipad to my iphone so I can be more active in MW.

The problem is that now, my Tapjoy account is messed up: the credits are sent to my ipad (I started a LLP on it) instead of the iphone.

I tried to create a new Tapjoy account, to reinstall again and again the tapjoy profile, to reinstall the game on the iphone, to delete it from the ipad, etc. Nothing seems to work and the credits are never credited to my iphone no matter what...

Tapjoy helpdesk is awful: Keep sending them emails since March. They answered only once to tell me they let the IT people know about my pb but nothing since then. Very frustrating not to be able to get my daily free gold...

I read on a thread that I should install the Tapout app so Tapjoy can id my phone but useless since they are not taking care of my pb...

Would you have any recommendations for me?

Had the sane issue when I got a new phone, new Duce wouldn't pick up the gold. Tapjoy customer service us terrible and they can't fix the issue.
